Ventilation Components
The Arai RX-7V EVO ventilation parts and spoiler are designed to break off in an impact, ensuring that the Glancing Off performance of the egg-shaped shell is not compromised when it encounters obstacles. This is our Priority For Protection.
Each ventilation component is designed for optimal airflow & aerodynamic performance; adjustable front & top vents allow the rider to change the amount of air entering the helmet, while a movable wing and optional spoiler further enhance airflow.
Lightweight and designed to work in unison, each component plays an important role in rider comfort, focus and performance without compromising the Glancing Off ability.

GPV-R - the Refined Form of the Next Generation Arai
The brand-new GPV-R represents the latest evolution of Arai’s automotive racing helmet philosophy, refining our long-standing commitment to protection through a rounder, smoother, stronger shell shape and a range of performance-focused innovations.
The GPV-R features a redesigned shell with a lower visor pivot point, increasing the smooth surface area above the visor to help impacts glance away more effectively. The new GP-VAS visor system and centre lock mechanism further enhance both protection and usability, while an expanded lower eye port improves visibility of critical cockpit features.
Comfort and practicality have also been advanced, with a redesigned interior offering improved airflow, easier adjustment and compatibility with modern hydration and communication systems. Ventilation performance has been enhanced through repositioned upper vents, all without compromising the shell’s protective integrity.
Available across FIA8860, FIA8859 and kart-specific FIA8878 variants, the GPV-R continues Arai’s relentless pursuit of gains in protection for drivers at every level of motorsport. For your local Arai dealers and stores, please check our dealer locator below.

Ogura Replica
Following Ai Ogura’s historic maiden MotoGP podium at Le Mans, Arai has recently introduced a special limited-edition replica of the Japanese rider’s RX-7V FIM Racing #2 helmet design.
The replica retains the distinctive graphic layout and metallic detailing of his race helmet, while introducing a unique blue-led colour scheme in place of the red accents used on his regular MotoGP design. The result is a fresh interpretation that remains instantly recognisable to fans of the Japanese rider and Trackhouse MotoGP team.
Produced in limited numbers, the Ogura replica celebrates one of the standout rising talents in MotoGP and marks a landmark moment for Japanese success in the premier class.

Factory Tour Series - Volume Three
Our Factory Tour series, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the Arai factory in Japan, continues with the third stage of shell production. After shells are cured, the shells receive their first inspection. Weight and thickness are carefully checked.
The creation of the shell is one of the main pieces relating to our helmets' protection abilities, so we continue to prioritize our efforts into this process no matter how tedious they may be. Completed shells are then transported to an inspection facility where they undergo their second inspection.
The inspectors at the inspection facility independently carry out the second inspection and report directly to management. During the second inspection, the laser cuts, material positioning, weight, and thickness are all heavily scrutinised.

In EnduroGP, Riccardo Pasquato claimed victory in the Youth class during Round 2 in Spain for the Arai-supported Fantic Factory Racing Enduro Team, racing with the MX-V EVO FIM Racing #2.
Meanwhile, British racer Jake Mulford, also in the MX-V FIM Racing #2, added to his growing reputation in long track racing by securing the FIM Under-23 Long Track World Cup title, producing an impressive performance in Vechta on his way to the crown.
